Megan Thee Stallion has a story to tell and Netflix wants to hear it. In December it was announced that Megan would develop and executive produce content for Netflix and now she’s actively planning a comedy series, loosely based on her life. If anyone has a story to tell, Megan Thee Stallion certainly does and we can’t wait to watch it.
Just as Megan was breaking into hip hop her mother passed. She lost her father during her freshman year in high school. She’s a Black woman who fought for recognition, building a fan base on social media before getting a shot. On the other hand, she’s a graduate of Texas Southern University, a HBCU in her native Texas and at a very young age, a serious businesswoman. This latest project with Netflix is just another example of the young ‘Stallion’ getting her coin and doing it on her own terms.
