Due to the consumable nature of our Rap Snacks products, we handle all requests on a case-by-case basis within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. (The delivery date refers to the day you receive your product(s).)
How do I report a problem with my item(s)?
To report a problem, contact our customer service team at customerservice@rapsnacks.net within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
All of our orders are on file, so we will verify your proof of purchase (e.g. the shipping confirmation email and/or the original payment method used for the purchase).
Please note that we may require photographic evidence before proceeding with any type of credit or refund.
Please note we are not responsible for carriers who mis-deliver, lose, damage, or otherwise fail to properly deliver a package. Contact both the carrier and us to investigate and file any necessary claims.
Do not consume expired, damaged, spoiled, contaminated, or improperly prepared Rap Snacks products. We are not liable for any issues arising from consuming compromised products.
We reserve the right to inspect and decline returns that do not meet our criteria.
We do not accept returns for opened or used items.
Remedies, at our discretion, may include online store credit, product replacements, or other solutions.
What is required for a successful claim?
- Your request must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition (new and unopened), in the event that the item you ordered is different from what we shipped to you.
- Photographic evidence must be provided when requested.
- You have proof that the item was damaged before it was in your possession.
